“Courage, the original definition of courage when it first came into the English language…was to tell the story of who you are with your whole heart.”– Brené Brown, The Power of Vulnerability

When this TED talk popped up on my radar tonight, I immediately wanted to share it.  I found some profound wisdom for myself about living on purpose, valuing process more than comfort, what it takes to be vulnerable, and the surprising rewards of doing so.  I hope you can take the time to watch the full 20 minutes, and I’d love to know what it brings up for you. Have you risked vulnerability when it might have been easier to close up? What allowed you do risk it? What were the rewards and learnings?
